Orders are processed for shipment by nuovafarmaciaonline.com from Monday to Friday 11am to 5:30pm. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for goods in stock, subject to confirmation of availability of goods and verification of bank transaction, are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order. Credit card transactions are debited immediately when the order is processed and following verification of the transaction by the Bank. In all cases, nuovafarmaciaonline.com reserves the right to postpone shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control.

Non-delivery
If, for any reason, an order is not delivered to the Customer’s address due to the Customer’s non-cooperation (wrong telephone number, wrong address, no address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per commercial agreement, the package may be sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense, including import taxes. These costs will be deducted from any possible refund and in any case charged to the Customer.
